How much does it cost?
We offer representation either on a percentage basis, for a flat fee, or at a reasonable hourly rate, depending on the legal service provided. We offer as many compensation options as possible,
and allow you to select the method that best suits your needs. The exact fee varies depending on
the type of case and work that needs to be done.
Why would I hire an attorney?
For the same reason you would hire a surgeon to perform surgery. The law is complicated, and ever changing. Get it wrong and the results can be catastrophic. A good attorney is a problem solver.
When do I hire an attorney?
If you have a potential legal issue, consult with an attorney as soon as possible. Florida has strict
time limits on enforcing certain rights. If you miss a deadline, you may forever waive your ability to advance your particular right. Similarly, if you are sued, you have a small number of days to
respond or a default judgment can be entered against you.
How do we select the right lawyer?
You should go with the attorney you feel comfortable with. Attorneys have different experiences, strategies, and styles. There is nothing wrong with obtaining second opinions before hiring an attorney.
